Tuakau School Accomm dation
Sib,—l was astonished to note in your report of Ta&kau Town Board'* last meeting that wben Com. Muagall moved that the Board write to the Education Board re the crowding of the Taakan eokftol, certain members of the Board, cluding the chairman, voted against it. In view, of the facts recently published in your paper, in a _ letter by the headmaster, it was indeed pitiable that men in a public position should take up such an attitude of hostility to what is the most important question before the people ot this district to-day. This action will not be lightly overlooked.' The one redeeming feature of the matter il that the " sit-tight-do-nothing " force was in the minority, and the division has shown the public just where the S3veral members of the Board are on the subject. The four members who supported the motion are to be congratulated on the way they acted and voted. ' , TUAKAU PARENT Tuakau, 13: h Jan. 1920.
