MANUREWA LAND SALE.
Nearly £IOO An Acre A land sale of considerable importance, at nearly £IOO an acre, has just been concluded at Manurewa, the agent being Mr Enos Pegler. The block comprises 74 acres right in the township, lately owned by Mr R M. Scott. It extends from the northern end to the overhead bridge in the Great Bouth Road, up the Papakura Valley and on to Lover's Lane, the square block being served by four roads. The purchaser, Mr Frank White, intends to sub-divide for farming and residential purposes. The sale of this block for sub-division is a further evidence of the progress in store for Mamurewa, of which town the Town Board is preparing loan proposals for roading and general developmental purposes.
