Tuesday's Meeting. The Manurewa Town Board met on Tuesday night: Messrs C. H. Luptcn (chairman), Geo. Ccxhead, T J. Ooriu, F. W. Woods, Smith, E. J. Butterworth, E S Peeler, and H. Kay (clct>.), were present. ucssei.i. ROAD The Board's Engineer, Mr D. W McArtbur, estimated the cost of constructing Bussell Road, would be £1390 7s Gd, plus £258 for blinding. The chanman said 'he road was 110 chains long, and would be the longest road in the Hoard's area. The mitt t will be discussed, when loan proposals are under consideration. I'OST OIIICE The Prim«» Minister, Rt. Hon. W. F. Massey. forwaided a memorandum he had received fiom the Postmaster General, wiih regard to the Mai utewa Post Office, which stated that fresh tenders would bo called for the wo k. The Chief Postmaster, Auckland, intimated, that the question of alterations in the plnti was now being considered by the Public Works Department. OEXKKAL Mr J. E.
