Club Formed in Pukekohe,
A meeting of those interested in the formation of a Cricket C lub in Pukekohe, was held in the Borough Council Chambers on Thursday, Mr J. F. Deane, was voted to the chair. Others present were Messrs Wright, L. MoDermatt, H. Schlaepfer, A. N. Watson, E. Costelln, G. Fitness, B. Docherty, J. O'Malley and F. H. Hewitt." On the motion of Messrs Kewitt and Wright, it was unanimously decided to forma club, the same to be called The Pukekohe Cricket club. ELECTION 01 UITIUKKS
Tho eloction of ollicers resulted as follows. Patron, Rt Hon. W. F. Maasey P.C. ; Prosidont, Mr Frank Perkins: secretary, Mr Frank 11. Hewitt; treasurer, Mr A. N.Watson; ground committee, Messrs O'Malloy, Ueane, Wright, Watson and McDermott. Those presont wore elected a general and management committee, Mr J. F. Deano being appointed chairman. The subscription for the year, was fixed at £1 Is, boys under IT years at 7s fid. The ground committee was instructed to make arrangements for a suitable ground, and as soon as same is arranged for, players will go into training for the season's operations. The secretary was instructed to write Drury, Bombay, ' Vaiuku and Patuiuahoe to ascertain if clubs could be formed in these contros. Tho next meeting will be hold on Thursday next at 7 p.m. sharp.
