FOOTBALL
The football match, between A and B teams, selected from the various teams in the senior grade, to have been played at Pukekohe on Satur day, with a view to selecting a rep team to play the Auckland Junior reps., lapsed on account of the majority of the players failing to put in an appearance. Of thirty men chosen, only a dozen turned up, including the emergencies. A 'scratch' game only, eventuated.
