It is with very great pleasure that we are now able to announce that, owing to the price of printing paper now being reduced somewhat below the tremendousiy high cost ruling during the war period, the Times will, on and after August Ist, be sold at ONE pENNY rir copy. All our agents are hereby notified of the impending reduction. People who have paid their subscriptions in advance need not trouble about having done so, as due allowance will be made to them in all cases, by proportionately extending the period for which payment has been made.
