WEDDINGS.
CROW-MoNALLY
A wedding of considerable interest was solemnised in St. James' Church on Wednesday afternoon, the contracting parties were Mr John Melton Crow, of Auckland, and Miss Isabella Ruth McNally, daughter of the late Mr John McNally and Mrs McNally, of " Braemar " Pukekohe. The Rev S Nixon officiated. The bride, who was given away by her uncle, Mr William McNally, looked charming in a gown of soft embroidered silk, with veil and orange blossoms, and carrisd a bouquet of white chrysanthemums. As she entered the church the choir sang the hymn " The Voice that breathed o'er Eden.' There were two bridesmaids. Miss Joyce McNally, sister of the bride, and Miss Crow, sister of the bridegroom. They wore dresses of shellpink crepe, and pink hats to match, and carried bouquets of chrysanthemums.
The bridegroom was attended by his brother, Mr Albert Crowe, as best man. At the close of the marriage ceremony the choir sang the Old Testament Blessing, and the newly-married couple left the church to the "Wedding March " played by Miss Penman. After a sumptious reception at Mrs McGovern's rooms, the happy couple left by the express. The going away costume of the bride consisted of a navy blue coat and skirt with black silk hat.
