The be*t two out of three games on points won. The third round for the Gilmour Cup has been played between the Papatoetoe and Howick bowling clubs, on the Howick'green. The results were as follows, Papatoetoe names being mentioned first: ~ Bryett, Daisley, Hall, Pegler, 21 ; v Morrison, Hambrook, Gill, Grainger, 15. As Papatoetoo has had two wins out of three, the Gilmour Cup remains with that club till next season, when three rounds will again be played. The cup cannot be won outright. Totals—Papatoetoe, 76; Howick, 85. • We understand that the report of the CotLmission set up to determine the boundaries of tho Town Boaid District as designed for Tapatostoe is about to be gazetted. The area as fixed by the Commission for the two square miles to form the Town District takes in a portion of the areas of Mangere, East Tamaki, and of Papatoetoe Road Board 6. The Commissioners have, we are informed, divided tho swamp nrea, which was the subject of much discussion at the sitting of the Commission, between tho Papatoetoe Town Board and the Manukau County.
