(To tbe Editor.) Sin,— The old policy of letting everything slide, in Pukekohe, is apparently being reverted to as regards soldiers returning from the war. A Soldiers' Reception Committee is supposed to tn in existence, but where, I ask, are their activities ? Wounded men are arriving back in our town, but no words of welcome are extended to them other than by their relatives and friends. Is it that since the war is over the sicri fices they have made are already forgotten ? Yours, etc., ENQUIRER
