TUAKAU.

The epidemic is now well on the wane in Tuakau, and during the past seven days there has only been one admission to the temporary hospital. This morning four patients were under treatment at the hospital, with six convalescents in the public hall The total of patients that have been admitted to the hospital is 29, with only fonr deaths in the institution. It is anticipated that the hospital will be closed down next week. Mr Dynes Fulton is now convalescent, but the condition of Mr W. Mcßae Peacock, who was associated ■ with Mr Fulton in controlling the local arrangements for fighting the epidemic when they were both stricken down, is causing some anxiety.
