OTAHUHU.
The fortnightly meeting of the Otahuhu Borough Council will be held on Thursday evening next. The next sitting of the Otahuhu Magistrate's Court takes place on November 4th when seven youths will be charged in the Juvenile Court for placing an obstruction on the Great South Road, Otahuhu, to wit, a quantity of scoria rocks whereby life or limb was likely to be endangered. The offence is alleged to have been committed last Sunday night. , . , As a result of the complaint made by Cr John Brady at the last meeting of the Otahuhu Borough Council as to public danger arising by cyclists riding their machines after dark without headlights a number of offenders are to be charged at the next sitting of the Magistrate's | Court.
