OTAHUHU.
The usual fortnightly meeting of the Otahuhu Borough Council is due to take place next Thur.-day evening
Cr. Clements, of Otahuhu, lias ju-t completed the erection for the N.Z Dairy Association, of seven resi dences at for occupation by members of the Association's factory staff. The dwellings, nre of an attractive order and tluir muit appearance does credit to the builder Amongst the soldiers who disembarked at Auckland yesterday after doing th<-ir " bit " in the Empire's cause the following Otahuhu representative*, viz, Private Fiml Smith, son of Mrs A. Smith, Avenue Rotid; Piivate W E Frot>t, son uf Mr E. Frost, of Westfield ; and Private G. Evans. They returned to their respective homes last evening.
