NOTICE is hereby given that any person or persons found digging or searching for Kauri gum on any Crown land or Kauri Gum Reserve, being land subject to the provisions of the Kauri Gum Industry Act, 1908, and die Amendments thereunder, without being the holder of a Special or Ordinary Kauri Gumdigging license, or who, directly or indirectly, carries on the business of a Gumbuyer within any Kauri Gum District except in pursuance to the provisions of the said Act, and the authority of a gumbuyera' license issued thereunder will be liable to prosecution forthwith.
