BOLL OF HONOUR

Advice was last week received by Mr James Cowan, who is one of the most respected farmers in the Hunua district, that his eldest son, Pte. Peter M. Cowan, was killed in action on July 20th. Only a few months back Mr. Cowan's second son.JPte. James Cowan, was killed in action. His third and only surviving son, Pte. Peter Cowan was born and / educated at Hunua.
