CLEYEDON A, A P. ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL MEETING
The ninth annual meeting of the Clevedon A. and P. Association was held in the Committee Room of the Hall. Clevedon. on the evening of Saturday, June 29th, when the annual report and balance-sheet were placed before those present. The meeting expressed its satisfaction with the past year's working and the present state of the affairs of the Association, particularly considering the abnormal conditions under which the Association have been placed for the past three years. The Bhow lastyear gave a credit balance of £42, which was considered very satisfactory. The meeting congratulated the secretary (Mr. Gandy) on his report and balance-sheet, and they were unanimously adopted.
The officers for the coming year were then elected, including: —President, Mr. C. C. Munro (re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs. M. J. Hyde. J. Luke and C. A. Fawcett; treasurer, Mr. C. C. Munro; and secretary, Mr. J. A. Gandy.
A vote of thanks was passed to thr officers of the past year.
The date of the next Show was fixed for the Saturday before the Auckland Show.
