At the meeting of the Manukau County Council, held on Tuesday last, Cr Brownhill said he understood that the Papatoetoo Road Beard had niado application to the Miuister of Internal Affairs for a Special Order to form the Road Board into a Town Board but no communication had been made to the Council on the subject.
