The next meeting of the Rama Rama and Runciman Branch of the Farmers' Union will be held on Saturday, the 2oth inßt., at Mr Ballard's barn, at 7.30 p.m., when the delegate will be instructed regarding voting on the Provincial Conference remits Mr Baker will read a paper on "Margarine and its relation to butter." All farmers are cordially invited to attend. In connection with the King Country disaster the Branch canvassed the district and collected the substantial sum of £4l, Mr Batty's subscription of £"> heading the list.
