Messrs Wright, Stepheneon and Co., Ltd., the well-known southern produce merchants, have established an agency in Pukekohe with Mr A. J. Heigh way as their resident representative. Owing to the fact that Constable Thornell will be leaving Pukekohe for his new phere of duty on Saturday next, viz earlier than expected, the public farewell to be given him is to be held in the Premier Hall on Thursday evening next instead of on the bowling green on the 18th inst as previously arranged.
