MANUREWA

Recently the members of the Manurewa Methodist Church and SuntUy school met in the Sunday school to say good-bye to Mr y. Craig, who was leaving for camp. There was a very representative gathering of Manurewa people and a very pleasant social resulted. The Rov T. J. Jones, Messrs 11. V. Burt>n and II Oraui were the spoakors. Misses F. Froshnoy and M. Craig contributed solos, and Miss Lovell and Mr id. V. liurton recitations. During the evening Mr Craig, who had enlisted immediately on coming of ago, was presented with a very handsome gold wristlet watch. All the speakers emphasised how highly Mr Craig was esteemed by young and old throughout the district.
