TUAKAU
Dr Cheesman is expected to return to Tuakau early next week after an absence of two years on military service. The Tuakau Patriotic Committee are making arrangements to give him a fitting reception. Operations for the manufacture of butter are to commence to-morrow 'Saturday) at the Waikato Co-op. Dairy Coy's new factory and the official opening of the factory will be performed by the Premier (the Rt. Hon W. F. Massey, M.P.) next month, in the Parliamentary recess. A plentiful supply of water has been found adjoining the factory at a depth of 380 ft, and three thousand gallons an hour have been pumped.
