RESOLUTION In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the " Town Board's Act, 1908," and Part XLII of the " Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," the Papakura Town Board in Special Meeting hereby by Bpecial Order repeals By-law No. 1 Part 3 of the Papakura Town Board By-laws, 1917, made and passed on Friday, 29th December, 1916, and confirmed on Monday, February sth, 1917, and hereby makes and adopts, and approves by Bpecial Order in its stead the By-law following:—"No person shall bury, or cause or suffer or allow to be buried, Nightsoil within the Papakura Town Board's area unless specially permitted by the Board, and then not within 33 feet of any road or any house or public building, or any building in which Any person may be, or may be intended to be, employed in any manufacture, trade or bufiness."
