FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Franklin County Council, held on Thursday, the 6th day of September. 1917, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday, the eleventh day of October, 1917. at 10 a.m., at the Cmncil Chambers, Hall street, Pukekohe, RESOLUTION IN PURSUANCE and exerciso of the powers vested in it by Section 10 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Park Road (Papakura) Special Rating Area in the Franklin County, hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than threefourths of the ratepayers in the said Park Road (Paoakura) Special Rating Area, the capital values of whose properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of. the said County are collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Franklin County Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, as follows : For the purpose of forming and metalling Park Road, Papakura. the Franklin County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of four hundred and fifty pounds (£450) at 4H percent, per anjmm for a period of %M years, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. PARK ROAD (PAPAKURA) SPECIAL RATING AREA. All that area in the Drury Riding of Franklin County comprising Lots 3, 4, 7, 8, % 10,11, 12. 13. 14, 14a, 15, If'., 17, 18,19, 20 and 21 of the subdivision of Section 12, Opaheke Parish, known as Vapakura Park Estate, situated in Blocks 111 and IV of the Drury Survey District.
