PAPAKURA.

At a spocial meeting of the Papakura Tow a Hoard, hold on Tuesday last, a resolution was passed replnring Clause I of Part :! of the Sanitary by-laws which provided that no person, whoso property consisted of loss than one acre, should luirv night soil and replacing it by a ikw bylaw which provides that no person within the Town Board's area shall bury night soil unless specially permitted to do so. Messrs P. Ilolt and T. D. Campbell voted against tho motion, which they regarded as likely to create trouble. The resolution is to bo submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Board fixed for Monday, October Ist.
