ROLL OF HONOUR
The Late Pte. H- B. Butterworth. Many friends in the Manurewa Papakura, and Paparata districts will regret to learn i f tho death of Private Henry Benj imin Butterworth, who succuLubol on the 9th June to wounds received two days previously in France. Educated at Point Chevalier School, he was apprenticed to Messrs J Q. Julian and Sons, buildingcontractors, Auckland, and afterwards followed his as a builder at Gisborne and Manu-' rewa. Prior to his enlistment he was engagod managing the late Mr Godwyn Smith's farm at Paparata. His brother, Charles 11. Butterworth, who left with t lie Main Body, is still in France. Flight Lieut Butterworth, who was killed whilst living over tin 1 German lines hist July, was a half-brother of the deceased.
