A. AND P. ASSOCIATION

The seventh annual meeting of the Clevedon A. and P. Association was held in the Public Hall, Clevedon, on the evening of June 30th. The annual report and balance sheet was submitted to the meeting, and was unanimously adopted without comment, the officers for the past year being complimented upon the year's work. The balance-sheet showed a profit on the year's work of £l3l 19s 1 Id, of which amount £lO2 19s lid was voted towards the cost of the new grandstand, and the balance, together with the credit balance from last year,—which was not included in the above profits - is carried over to next yeai's account. This leaves the Association in a very]satisfactory position, both financially and otherwine, the assets shown being the sum of £284 2s 8d over and above the liabilities.

It was resolved at the meeting th<it the Olevedon Flower Show be absorbed by the A. and P., as requeued by the Flower Show Committee

The date for the next annual spiiug show was fired for Saturday, November 24th next
