On Thursday, June 7th, at 8 p.m. Mr C. J. Parr, M.P., will lecture in the Mangore Public Hall and the proceeds of the lecture will be devoted to Patriotic and Red Cross work.

A meeting of the Women's Patriotic league will bo hold iu the Mangero Public Hall on "Wednesday next.

Ratepayers and residents of Mangero interested in the water supply scheme proposal are requested to attend a meeting, convened by the Road Board, to be hold on Thursday evening next at 7.30 o'clock in the Mangero Bridge School. The Mangero Road Board's annual balance sheet lias now baen printed and will be distributed on application to the ratepayers.
