THE FAMOUS CHERNIAVSKY BROS.
The reception that Leo, Jan and Mischel Cherniavsky have received on the occasion of this their visit to New Zealand is most gratifying. Tha people of New Zealand, and this means more than the strictly musical section of the community, have a warm spot in their hearts for this distinguished and popular trio. There is no doubt that the wonderful success they made in the cities of the United States of America has placed them securely in the front rank of the great musicians of the day. The number of concerts they are giving in Australia is very limited owing to the fact that American managers will not postpone the Cheroiavskys' reappearance in America, even for a month. Their last recital in Pukekohe for perhaps many years to cime will take place on Thursday, the 31st inst. A great send-off awaits them
