Everything is well forward for the horticultural aDd industrial exhibition to be held in the Premier Hall, Pukekohe, on Thursday and Friday next under the auspices of the Pukekohe branch of the Women's Patriotic League and in aid of Red Cross and other patriotic funds Entries close this evening at 8 p m but already the promises of support given ensure a highly successful show. Numerous attractions have been arranged an! stage performances will be submitted each nigh'. The gift from Mrs John Bilkev of three preferential shares in tin Auckland Electric Tramways Company, Ltd., has been received by the Committee and these are to be sold to the best advantage for the benefit of the funds. The Show is to be opened on Thursday at 2.30 p.m. by Miss Wright, of the Auckland League.
