In regard to the decision arrived at by the Town Board to call on the Bev. L. Foulkes to remove a new residence he has erected on Henderson's Estate for alleged contravention of by-laws we understand that the Bev. Mr Foulkes has refused to comply with the order served on him and intends to contest the matter in Court.
