NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BORROW. HAMILTON'S DEVIATION SPECIAL RATING DISTRICT. Loan of £6OO lor the purpose ol taking, forming and metalling a deviation on the Oncvvliero to Wairamarania Main Road including the payment of compensation and other expenses incidental to the taking of the kind required for the said work.

NOI ICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Raglan County Council, under the provisions of The Counties Act. 190 K. 11 ic Local Bodies Loans Act, 1013. and Amendments theieto. and all other Acts (if any) it in that behalf enabling, and with the consent of the Governor in Council under Section 26 of the Appropriation Act, 1010. as Gazetted on Page 27 of the New Zealand Gazette '0.17, to borrow the sum of £6OO for P.e purpose of taking, forming and metalling a deviation on the Onevvhero to Wairamarania Main Road including tlie payment of compensation and other expenses incidental to the taking of the land required for the said work, within and for the benelit of the Hamilton's Deviation Special Rating District of the County of Raglan, and as security lor the payment of interest, sinking fund and other charges on the said loan, to make and levy a Special Rate of One-eighteenth ol a penny in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Hamilton's Deviation Special Rating District Ol the said County, and it is the intention to pay out of the loan the first year's interest and sinking fund.

The loan is for a period of 3tU years at the rate of interest of £4 10s per centum per annum, together with an additional charge to provide the necessary sinking fund'.

The Boundaries of the Special Rating District are as follows Commencing at the north-cast corner of Section 33. of Block XII., Onewhero Survey District: thence running south along the eastern boundaries of Sections 33. 22. Opuatia No. 4. to the south-eastern corner ol Section Opuatia Xo. I (2K67a). thence west along the southern boundaries of Opuatia Xo. 4 (2867 a). Opuatia Xo. 4. No. 4x. and Opuatia 5 C, Xo. 2, to the north-east corner of section 90: thence along the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 90, and the eastern boundary of Sectton 101, to the south-east corner ol Section 101; thence west and south along the southern boundaries of Sections 101 and 102. and along the eastern boundary of Section 107 to the south-east corner of Section 107: thence west along the southern boundaries of Sections 107 and 114 to the Te Akau Hiding boundary line at the south-west corner of Section 114 : thence north along the western boundaries of Sections 114. 100 and 106, to the north-west corner of Section 10.'} : thence north-west and north along the western boundaries of Sections f>, (>, H, and 3 to the north-west corner of Section 3; thence north and east along the northern boundaries of Sections 3, 4. 5, 6 and 7 of Block IX., and Sections 1, 2, 3, Opuatia Xo. 6, Opuatia Gt) o, Opuatia tin to Trig Xo. 37 : thence north to the north-west corner of Section Opuatia Xo. on.
