In order to legalise arrangements for the proposed compulsory removal of night-soil in Papakura and for the institution of proper sanitary safeguards for the good of the health of the district a special meeting of the Town Board is to be held tonight to adopt the necessary bylaw on the subject and the same will then come up for confirmation on February sth. The framing of additional by-laws are also under consideration.
