BRING YOUR OWN BREAD.
An official decree published in Vieuna forbids hotels and restaurants in tiiht city and in Lower Austria to supply bread of any description to guests, wjio must- brine their own. Vienna has been suffering from a bread famine for some time. The newspapers attribute it to blunders of the Administration, coupled with difficulties in transporting grain and flour. Hie railway service has bora greatly dislocated since R-r.umanias' entry into the war.
