In the result of the Loan Poll as announced in our last issue, viz., 72 votes "for" the loan and .59 votes "against," the three fifths majority necessary to have carried the loan was by a printer's orror recorded as 89. This should have appeared as 79 The proposal therefore only failed by a shortage of seven votes.
