In the matter of the " Public Works Act, 1908," And in the matter ot a proposal to diminish the width of the Tramway Road between Pakington on the Manukau Har bour and Cameron Town on the Waikato River, by stopping portions thereof. I'UBLIC NOTICE is heieby given that the Franklin County Council pro pi sec, under ibe provisions of the above mentioned A't to diminish the width of a road in Franklin County, known as the Tramway Eoad, by Mopping the poitions tht-reof desciibed in the Schedule hereto And notice is hereby further givfu that Flans of ihe poitions of the said road so pu> p< sed to be st-pped are deposited in the public ofhYe of the Clerk to the said Council situate Hall Street, Pukekohe, and are open for inspection without fee ly all persons during ordinary office hours from Friday the 29th day of September, 1916, uutil Saturday the 2oth day of November, 1916. £CHEDFLE.
