On Friday nigbt last a large meeting of Dairy Association suppliers was held in the Puni school fjr tha purpose of hearing Mr Pacsy's report o' last season's operations. Mr Preece was voted to the chair. Before calling on Mr Pacjy to address ths meeting, feeling reference was made to the passing away uf Mr Pollock, who bad been sc long and cloaelv associated with tbe dairying industry in this district, being for many years manager of the local creamery. The lollawing resolution was adopted, viz.:— "Ihat this meeting extendi to Mrs Pollock and family its deepest sympathy in their bereavement.'' Mr Pacey's address, which was mainly on the lines of that of the Pukekohe meeting (already reported), was much appreciated, and or. the motion of Mr A.
