DRURY
The proposal to dispose of the Auckland Acclimatisation Society's gauie i'aiin at Diury. on the ground of its exposed position, and general unsuitability for breeding purposes, was considered at a meeting of the council on Tuesday night, and it was decided on the motion of Mr (J. A. Whitney that immediate steps be taken to Unci a now site for the farm, and if this be located, that the <{uestion of the disposal of the present farm be definitely decided at tho next meeting of the council.
