PAPAKURA.

The sudden indisposition of Mrs Wood, wife of the Rev. W. C. Wood, necessitated her prompt removal to a private hospital in Auckland on Saturday last, where she was later operated on. It is understood that "she is in a precarious condition.

Mr G. E. White, late of Auckland and now of Papakura, notifies the public of Clevedon and Papakura that he is entering into the motor passenger traffic between Papakura and Clevedon as from next Monday with a live-seater Talbot Touring car. Special trips can be arranged by application at the Papakura Hotel.
