MERCER.
The first anuual meeting of ratepayers of the Mercer Town District is to be held in the Town Board s offices on Tuesday evening next. Official notice is given in our advertising columns that a ten per cent penalty will be imposed on all rates owing to the Town Board not paid by the legal date on which they become due.
