TUAKAU
At the Fukekoho Magistrate's Court on Friday last the civil action Miss E. M. Taylor v. the Tuakau Town Board was called, but was adjourned. The case, which concerns an accident sustained by Miss Taylor as the result, she alleges, of a heap of metal being left unprotected on the road, will come up for hearing on May 19th.
