RESOLUTION " In pursuance aud exercise of the powers vested in it by Sec. 16 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Jamiesoii's Road, Buckland Special Rating Area in Franklin County, testified by a petition signed by not less than three fourths of the Ratepayers in the said Jamiesoii's Road, Buckland Special Rating Area, the Capital Values of whose properties as appearing iu the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital Values of the properties of the Ratepayers who did not consent, the Franklin County Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, as follows

"For the purpose of formation and metalling ot Jamieson's Road, Buckland, the Franklin County Council authorises the raising of a Loan of One Hundred Pounds at 4]-2 per centum per annum for a period of years, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised," SPECIAL EATING AREA.
