LADY LIVERPOOL LEAGUE.
Pukekohe District. At a meeting of the Pukekohe branch of the Lady Liverpool League, held on Wednesday, 9th February, there were present: Mesdames Hogan, MeKae, O'Connor, Webb, Townaon, Misses Graham, Usher and Webster Leiterß from the secretary of the Auckland League were received acknowledging the receipt of monthly donations to the Sock fund and a parcel of knitted comforts An order for a further supply of wool was authorised, and the Isdies then set to work to fill the first batch of huasifs, which the committee are undertaking to supply for five months.
Donations reported were as follows:—Mrs WGoldßWorthy, two Balaclava helmets. Workers of socks—Mrs Grant, 3 pairs; Miss Walsh, Miss Galloway, Mrs Front, Mrs Cook, two pairs each; Mrs Baxler, Mrs Wright, sonr., Mrs I. Honeyford, Miss W E Webster, Mrs Dickson, one pair each, Wristlets—Mrs J B Brown, senr., Mrs Baxter, 2 pairs each; Mrs Graham, sent., Miss M Webb, Mrs Webb, Miss Galloway, one pair each. Scarves—Mrs Wright, senr, 3; Miss Barber, 2; Thelma Parkinsjn, Irene Landon, Hita Koberts, Isabel Preston, Miss Goldsworthy, Miss Webb, t'apatoetoe, one each. Cholera belts —Mrs J J McKwney, 2. Balaclava helmets—Mrs Hooey, 5; Mrs Crum, 4; Mrs W Blake, Mrs Robert Brownlee, Mrs Kimber, 2 each: Mrs H Roberts, Mrs Horton, Mrs Lindesay, Mrs Woollett, Mrs Holloway. Mrs Webb, Miss Galloway, one each
