We are informed by Mr J F Ueane, the secretary ot the Pukekoha District Carnival Fund, that the Hamilton Executive's final statement, as published in our issue of the sth inst, of district contributions to the of the South Fund contairej an erro*, Tuakau being credited with £526 Us 6d and Pokeno with £54 12s yd. The actual amounts should have appeared as Tuakau £468 7a 2d and Pokeno £ll2 6s Id. Tt< correction of the error is only an act of justice to Pokeno eubscribera.
