£40,000 (2) The sum proposed to be borrowed is £40,000. (3) The proposed security for the loan is a special rate of 2d in the Pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of Pukekohe and beiDg an annual recurring rate for a period of ten years or until suth time as the loan shall be repaid.
