Toys of every description at The Bookery, Pakekohe.—advt. The complaint voiced in these columns in our last issue against the employment of aliens by the Railway Department on the grade casement works is substantiated by practically all the "Britishers" engaged on the undertaking. They say that the Department has in the past availed itself freely of this foreign labour but the point of exasperation was reached when four workers departed lor the tr lining camp to prepare for active service and aliens were brought in to fill threo of the vacancies.
