The local successes gained at the Auckland Agricultural Show last week included one reserve championship, three first prizes, one second prize and a highl> commended, secured by Mr C K Lawton, the well-known Ayrshire cattle breeder, of Pukeuware, as follows:—Pedigree Ayrshires—Bull, three years, Juitbo, first and reserve champion; cow, iged, in milk Colleen Bawn, second; cow, heifer, three years, visibly in calf, Joy Gartbland first; heifer, yearling, Kosella first and Pretty Polly h c.
