lha Carnival "side-shows" were in lull swing on Saturday evening in King street, Pukckotr, and proved a vciy popular attraction, the receipts amounting to close upon £3O. This sum, being too late for inclisin in the funds far t':e Pukekohe Queen, will be paid in lor the benefit cf the Queen of the South, The shows will be again conducted to-night, to-morrow and Wednesday tvtning in King street.
