WEDDING BELLS.
CONNOLLY-LOKIE. j ''j A .very pretty wedding was '• solemnised at St. Mary's Church, ' pfukero, on October 25th last, when 'tths Rev. R. h. Connolly, vicar of ' .Kaftaia, son of the Kev. W. E. t of Auckland, an J Mua j ' M oriel Agnes Lone, daughter of pwra S. E. Lorie, Pokeno, were F united in the bonds ot matrimony. The Rev, W. E, Connolly, assisted fey the Ven. Archdeacon Cowie, officiated at the ceremony. ' ' The bride, who was given away by her brother-in-aw, Mr J. A. Bartrum, was attired m a charming dress of embroidered white voile, with soft silk sash. She wore the usual veil over a wreath of orange bossoms and carried a bouquet of white roses. Miss Gladys Lorie, sister, was the bridesmaid, and she wore a dainty drees of old rose shantung, with floral | bat to match, and carried a bouquet pi' shaded sweet peas. The Kev. E. E. Bamford was best man. The honeymoon was spent in the .North of Auckland.
