RED CROSS WORK. Owing to the very wet day Mrs Morns' Ked Cross Tea had to be postponed frcm Wednesday, November 3rd, to the following day, when atmospheric conditions were little better. The donationn amounted to 235. Mrs Nottou gave the tea last Wednesday when 33s whs realised. At the latter gathetrg final arrangements were made for the bazaar to be held on Friday and Saturday next. Plain and fancy clothing and suitable presents have been donated ard will be displayed on the stalls at veiy reasonable pr j-rs. There will also lc plerty ot fun for young and old. A sale of live stock will in addition be conducted. 1h? b»z<uir will be opened on Friday at 2.30 p.m , by Mrs R. K. Bolla-rt, thi Queen ,of the South.
