A very pretty wedding was celebrated on September loth last, at the residence, at Maungatawhiri, ot tha bride's father, Mr James Keitb, when Mr Robeit Corry, of Mercer, and Misa Maud Biddick Keith were united in matrimony.
The bride, who was given away by her father, was charmingly attired in white silk with military collar oveidress of cream lace; the alio wore the customary veil with orange blossoms and carried a dainty bouquet of fresias and fern. Four young children, nieces and neDhews, acted as train bearers. Mi?s McDell was bridesmaid, her handsome costume being of white voile with overdress of pearl trimniin.es.
Mr David Rogers attended the bridegruom as best man. The Kev. Mr Munro, ot Kemuera, performed the ceremony and it is a matter of interest that he similarly officiated at the marriage of the bride's parents some 35 years ago, Mrs Keith being now dead, and airo has tifd the wedding-knot in the rasp of four of the bride's sister?, viz , Mrs Mcllrny, of Bombay, Mis Hatley, Mrs E. JJ. Elliott and Mrs R. Elliott, of Mercer. The honeymoon was spent in Wellington.
