It is an alarm clock that we can guarantee—that we can positively guarantee—(for it will make every single purchaser jump o'ut of bed like a shot.' " 'Humph! That's what they all say. But let's hear her ring,' said the sceptical capitalist. " 'She doesn't ring," said the inventor, snii'ing proudly; 'she honks."'
She: " You said you were going i;» marry an artist, and now you're engaged to a dentist." Flo: "Well, isn't he an artist? He draw- from real life. "
